Santa Clara County’s Trusted Partner for Aging Well

For more than 50 years, Sourcewise has been the Area Agency on Aging in Santa Clara County—we help older adults, adults with disabilities, and caregivers access the services and support they need at every stage of life.

We provide guidance in different languages via over the phone interpretation services,
understanding the cultural perspectives that shape how different communities approach aging, disability, and caregiving.
