“Recognizing the tsunami of the Boomer generation aging in place, the need for social service programs and services for this growing population will continue to be a lifeline for many seniors on low and fixed incomes who were fortunate enough to have selected Silicon Valley as their home many years ago.”

– Jeff Tepper, President

“Sourcewise has afforded me the opportunity to channel my 40 plus years of experience in the public sector, political arena, and non-profit world to advocate for much needed services on behalf of our aging population in Santa Clara County. “

Michal Ann Mendoza

“I bring a variety of experience from the healthcare arena to the Board of Directors at Sourcewise. I believe that this broad view is beneficial to identify potential gaps in care and opportunities for improvement across the health care continuum.  When we are able to pave the way for our community members to be empowered this makes us all better. “

– Heather Severson-Tanez

“Sourcewise values the unique spectrum of diversity that the people of Santa Clara County represent. The Sourcewise mission provides and supports opportunities to embrace, empower and exploit all the benefits of our unique, complex and multi-faceted population.
