Medicare Counseling Appointments
Sourcewise offers you personalized assistance through one-on-one counseling appointments.
HICAP is determined to provide free and objective Medicare counseling in a virtual, telephone, or in-person setting. In-person counseling appointments are offered at community and senior centers throughout Santa Clara County. Some in-person counseling appointments are available on a limited schedule at Sourcewise offices. View the map below to find Medicare counseling locations and contact details.
Sessions are conducted with state-registered HICAP counselors who have completed a comprehensive, initial training program, and continue to train to remain current with the latest in Medicare.
