Medicare Counseling Appointments
Sourcewise offers you personalized assistance through one-on-one counseling appointments.
HICAP is determined to provide free, objective, and safe Medicare counseling during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, due to COVID-19, all staff and volunteers are adhering to the local and state directive to shelter in place and to practice social distancing. HICAP offers secure and safe counseling in a virtual or telephone setting. Once in-person counseling is safe to resume, appointments are offered at many Community and Senior Centers throughout Santa Clara County, as well as at Sourcewise offices. Sessions are conducted with state-certified HICAP counselors who have completed a comprehensive, initial training program, and continue to train to remain current with the latest in Medicare.
