Sourcewise Transit Service

Provides safe door-to-door transportation for seniors to medical appointments, pharmacies, and grocery stores in Gilroy, San Martin, and Morgan Hill. Safety protocols are in place to ensure the health and safety of our clients.

CalFresh Food Program

Sourcewise is a CalFresh Assistor Location helping residents of Santa Clara County complete their CalFresh applications. CalFresh is for individuals with low incomes who meet federal income eligibility requirements and want to add to their budgets to put healthy, nutritious food on the table.

If you have general questions about the application process, want to learn more about CalFresh, or have your paperwork and are ready to apply, complete the interest form to schedule a 1:1 appointment.
