Sourcewise delivers a significant Community Impact in Santa Clara County. Since 1973, Sourcewise has been a pivotal icon in the support of seniors, their families, and caregivers through the delivery of programs and services to a rapidly growing senior population.
Accountable to Our Community
The Sourcewise Area Plan is the blueprint for senior needs. It guides our strategic planning, objectives, and goals to better support old adults, caregivers, and adults with disabilities.
The California Department on Aging reviews and approves the Area Plans for all California Area Agencies on Aging, thereby releasing funds to allow these organizations to implement the outlined services and support.
How We Responded When It Mattered Most
During the pandemic, hardships in Santa Clara County intensified:
