What is the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP)?

The Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) offers seniors the opportunity to purchase fresh, nutritious, unprepared, and unprocessed locally grown fruits, vegetables, honey, and fresh-cut herbs from authorized farmers’ markets and roadside stands. For the 2025 season, SFMNP benefits were issued electronically onto a farmers’ market card.  Participants have until November 30, 2025, to redeem SFMNP 2025 benefits.
