During these challenging and uncertain times, your gift is needed now more than ever. Sourcewise appreciates cash or in-kind donations year-round.

Sourcewise accepts the following forms of donations:

  • Cash
  • Matching Gifts
  • In-Kind Goods

    Annual Fundraiser

Together we will help local seniors, caregivers, and adults with disabilities live their best lives. Make a quick tax-deductible donation.

Ask Your Employer to Match Your Gift!

Doubling your donation is easy. Today, most corporations match employee donations and volunteer hours to their favorite charity. To submit a matching gift request, send a copy of your donation or volunteer hours to your employer electronically and they will handle the rest.

Do You Want to Make an In-Kind Donation?

You, your friends, and your colleagues can truly make a difference in someone’s life. Individuals or groups are welcome to donate goods to improve the well-being of our elders. Tax-deductible donation receipts for the value of goods donated will be provided to donors upon project completion.

Donate a grocery gift card to help a senior in need

Sudden job loss or a major life event can happen at any moment, leaving some unable to purchase food. Help buffer these incidences by collecting $50 Safeway or Trader Joe’s gift cards to quickly help someone get through a difficult situation.

    Donation Drop-offs

When you’re ready to drop off donations, contact the Community Development Department at (408) 350-3224. Donations may be mailed or hand-delivered Monday – Friday between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. to our main office located at 3100 De La Cruz Blvd, Suite 310, Santa Clara, CA 95054.

    Other Contributions
