Funding Opportunities

As the designated Area Agency on Aging, we value our professional partnerships through funding opportunities with local senior and caregiver service providers to administer Modernizing Older Californian’s Act and Older American’s Act nutrition services. Sourcewise releases funding opportunities through a Request for Proposal process, as available.
